RETURN POLICY

At Originalidea, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

⏰ Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Downloadable or digital products
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

🔄 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at andrea@originalidea.site with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please email us at andrea@originalidea.site with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
