How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We deliver to most countries around the globe.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page anytime.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at andrea@originalidea.site with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we'll make it right.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
